Founding partners Jay Cowper, Ian Sutton and Richard Collins set up Milestone in 1995 with the idea of building a highly creative agency with a strong strategic edge. Joined by Creative Director Peter Wilkinson in 1998, Milestone has grown steadily in numbers and stature.
